PetHarmony is a Progressive Web App (PWA), which means it can update itself automatically. However, because of browser caching, you might sometimes need to manually trigger an update to see the latest features and security patches.
This is the most reliable way to ensure your app is running the absolute latest build available on our servers.

PetHarmony payments are securely processed via Stripe. If you are on a recurring plan, you can manage your payment methods or cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team at info@petharmonycare.com. If you cancel, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
If you require a refund, please submit your request to info@petharmonycare.com. Approved refunds are processed directly through our payment partner, Stripe, and are returned to your original payment method. In accordance with Stripe's standard processing procedures, please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to appear on your bank or credit card statement.
Absolutely. We take your privacy very seriously. All of your pet's health records, vet contacts, and personal data are encrypted and securely stored in our cloud infrastructure using industry-standard security protocols. Your data is strictly private and is never sold to third-party marketers or advertisers.
PetHarmony is designed to keep all your pet's information in one central hub. Currently, the best way to share information with your vet or groomer is to have the app open during your visit, as all records, vitals, and notes are instantly accessible. Multi-user account sharing and PDF record exporting are features our team is actively working on for a future update!

If you wish to permanently delete your account and completely wipe all associated data from our servers, please email your request to info@petharmonycare.com from the email address registered to your account, and our team will securely process the deletion.
